After two years of coming to a decision we took the plunge and ordered a Nirvana 16, the camper was delayed but Vision came to the party and gave us a new caravan to use for our Christmas break, since then the response to questions and help provided on simple stuff has been 100%, even the boss Chris took the time to call me to discuss a few things, the guy has a passion for what he does and it reflects in the quality of product. We got a lemon. Vision made us feel we were at fault (blocking pipes etc). Ultimately our black and grey water tanks were infiltrating our internal floor and escaping under the shower floor. We had water dripping in 3 external areas and 2 internal areas after using the ensuite. Urine flooded our entire indoor space multiple times. We demand a refund under ACL. Watch this space. We've discovered 2 other unhappy Vision families also.
Thank you to Mark, Rose, Scotty and the team at Vision RV. From the start Mark was informative and honest about the Nirvana 14. My purchase was sight unseen, but I knew this to be an impressive van. I was confident in my decision to purchase and Mark did everything to allay any concerns I had, including himself conducting and sending me a comprehensive walkthrough video.
