We were there yesterday at Cross Iron Mill and received the exceptional service from Stephanie and Sherry. This two are good of what they are doing excellent in costumer service, very accommodating and helpful. Kuddos to your ladies and keep up the good work always😘❣️

They fixed my glasses frame
Worst customer service by gentlemen Garry. He said he is general manager and he was extremely rude and condescending. I purchased 3 pair of prescription glasses. One pair had some problems with wire. I was told to drive across the city to fix it. When I arrived he started to shout and be extremely rude saying that his employee don't understand how busy he is. I wish him a good day and left with glasses that he took apart and didn't want to fix saying he is busy. Needed to take Uber to get home. They don't care about long las... read more
