The beer is always good, the user experience is always bad. I bought some things from the fermentation store many times over many years, have even traded brews with the owner but today he was just to busy to be bothered with hospitality, he was clearly bothered by having to deal with me, throwing the parts I requested to purchase around, checked me out and just walked away without any regard for my personal experience. Would not recommend on a hot day - the sours were decent but none of the other beers we tried went down smooth. If there’s AC in the building, it wasn’t kicked on.
It's my neighborhood bar so my expectations are low but fully met.
We stayed in Boulder for the Boulder Creek festival and Bolder Boulder and enjoy checking out local breweries. This one sounded intriguing so we went there for a drink before dinner. They had the kindest beer tender who gave us a few splashes of a few different kinds to see what we wanted. My hubby and I enjoyed all that we tried.
