I had my eye checkup yesterday at VisionPro Optometrist on Hopkins Street in Footscray and had a great experience. I was attended to by Jocelyn Dao, who was incredibly nice, professional, and thorough with the eye tests. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Great service, friendly staff
I went in to ask for help repairing a screw which fell put my glasses ( I got from another store) and the man who helped me was so lovely he did me a kindness fixing them and then wouldn't accept any money from me for fixing them. I really appreciated it :)
