Very friendly and courteous service. The frame selection was nice. No high pressure up-selling. The doctor explained various eye concerns during the eye exam, and she was very pleasant. Quick turnaround on the glasses, less than a week.
I had an amazing experience at the MyEyeDr in Crown Point! Dr Patel was phenomenal and answered all my questions. The manager at the front desk was so patient with me on explaining my co-pays before the appointment with complete transparency. The technician was a sweetheart and eased my mind when i was so nervous about the pressure test. She was awesome and gentle!
