Over the years, this has been the best eye experience that I have had. Everyone tries their best to help you, Dr. Petkus is awesome. I have dealt with Cecily for the past couple of visits and she goes above and beyond . I don’t write very many reviews, but this place is so outstanding that I had to say something.

It’s disappointing to see how much the personal touch has been lost here. I’ve been coming since I was five years old, but they’ve finally lost me and not over something big, but because they couldn’t provide my daughter with a single spare pair of contacts to hold her over until the ones we already paid for arrived. She doesn’t have glasses, she had none left, and we weren’t asking for anything unreasonable, just one pair to get her by. Sandy was wonderful in helping me get contacts ordered, even helping with the financial aspect since my insurance didn't cover them. I've gone here for years and it's always been a pleasant experience!
