I was visiting from Alberta and noticed my prescription Rayban sunglasses were missing a nose pad. I stopped in with no appointment and the ladies were kind enough to replace both for me. Much appreciated!

I forgot my contacts when visiting my dad in west Kelowna. I visited his optometrist here and they were able to contact my optometrist in Calgary to verify my prescription and gave me enough samples to get me through the trip. I offered to pay but they declined. Very kind and thoughtful. Excellent service. Highly recommend
