Over all clean bright place. Staff was friendly enough, very expensive for having old equipment. Doctor was kind.
I can't say enough about Dr.Austin Fournier! He was outstanding in all aspects of his job when I had an appointment with him last month. Dr.Fournier did an extensive eye exam, then after his findings that day sent me to emergency for further follow up. It was found that I had a very serious health issue going on, and now because of my appointment with him, my health issue is being quickly delt with. Awesome place! Was greeted by 3 lovely ladies! Kirsten, Kadence and Kylie! Super helpful and friendly! Helped with my sunglass repair! I havent had my eyes looked at before and they educated me on how important it is! Very knowledgeable staff! I will be booking my next eye appointment with Visionfirst Opometry West Kelowna!
