I had a great experience at Vision First with Dr. Black. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the staff was prompt and welcoming. My wait time was less than five minutes before pretesting with a technician, and then only about another five minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Black was very thorough in explaining every detail of my exam, and the whole visit felt relaxed and comfortable—like talking with a friend. Kind, courteous, and professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

OH MY GOODNESS. This place is the worst place that i HAVE ever been to. I picked out a specific brand that didn’t match with my skin color so i got laughed at here and judged by a group of white women.So if you are a women of color i’d advise you don’t pick out kate spade. ALSO if you are on medicare BEWARE if you are not perceived to be on medicare you will be judged here. Very disappointed with price. My insurance pays $500 so VisionFirst was going to charge me $500 plus $364. My daughter in law purchased hers without insurance. Her cost was $324. Same place.
Had my exam with Dr. Black and it went great. Smooth and efficient.
