I hired them to perform what should have been a routine service, and I regret it deeply. The technician didn’t wear any protective gear, left tools lying around, dragged equipment through my home, and managed to scratch my hardwood floors, chip paint off the walls, and leave greasy fingerprints on nearly every surface he touched.
