Updated review 2024. This bank has changed a lot. They rarely do the face to face conversations when needed and pushed a lot of their business customers out to other banks when thadd and others left. This is too bad because they are now a larger bank then Vision Bank was by itself, but they are offering little comparable to what Vision by itself offered. If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. We have been with Vision Bank for almost 2 years and until 6 months ago, hardly ever had any issues. In the last 4 months they have failed my ACH every single month. We also spent over 2 weeks trying to obtain a new savings account and every time we called we were told that they would send it that day. We finally went elsewhere for that. I had overpaid my online rent, made a mistake paying twice the normal amount, I talked to my apartment complex manger to try and get my money back 3 days later and unfortunately they couldn’t help. they don’t do refunds...so I left disappointed hopeless. Did an outstanding job getting me a construction loan for a non-conventional construction home. They also did a great job getting me a great rate when that construction loan rolled into a conventional mortgage. Paperwork was succinct and as minimal as possible. I am very happy with my experience here.
