I hired Visionary Stoneworks for marble polishing and repair, and the results were amazing. The team restored the shine and removed all the scratches and stains from my floors. They were professional, on time, and paid great attention to detail. I’m very impressed with their work and would highly recommend them for any marble care needs.

Since zero stars isn’t an option here’s my one star. Can’t rate their install because they are such a horrible business up front. Won’t answer the phone, don’t respond to emails. Contacted through Lowe’s and after two months still no counters. I had to chase them to even schedule the template installation, I ended up canceling today. Look elsewhere.
At the end process, the countertops are beautiful but I would not use them again. There are some issues with the countertop not being level. I am having to add brackets to stabilize a bar top. Overall, they completely failed to communicate with us and we had to prompt them for updates. Promises that someone would call or show up by a specific date came and went without a call. A process that we were told should take 2 weeks, took almost 4. I get it that things happen but communication is key to keeping the customer happy.
