I’m so grateful for my Pilates instructor Angela. She is kind, caring, and genuinely wants the best for her clients. I take private lessons with her, and she is an amazing teacher — attentive, encouraging, and so helpful. She creates such a positive and supportive environment, and it makes a huge difference. Highly recommend!!!
So unbelievably thankful to have found this studio. Angela and Nicolette are two of the best- they truly care about health & fitness and helping the community. There is a great mix of classes and the knowledge the instructors have helps you build and grow- no matter the previous fitness level. Pilates reformer classes are truly connected to mind and body, & are true Joseph Pilates classes. Couldn’t wish for a better studio!!
I appreciate the focus on form and technique as well as the mind / body connection. Angela’s knowledge in this area is present in all her classes. Caring atmosphere. I love the variety of sessions ranging from reformer and barre to fun dance classes provided by the duo!
I’ve been attending Reformer classes at this studio for 8 months now and love it! Angela is so knowledgeable and gives great attention to form. This is not bodyrok or solidcore (Lagree) type of class, this is actual Pilates. Slower, steadier, and with much better form. If you are a beginner, or advanced student looking to expand your pilates knowledge, this is the place to go. I have been attending classes on/off for 2-3 years at VM. I love the HIIT class with Angela. She does an amazing job gearing the class to all levels of experience.
