This was our first time buying a home. Jeff at First Colony mortgage was great to get us approved for a home loan. Our experience with the design center has been very poor to say it politely. We were so pleased when working with the sales but as we got to the design center we considered leaving visionary altogether. The designer we’ve worked with has been extremely inefficient in communication and has pushed us back a full month longer than we hoped to get things done.
