The sales process was amazing and every single point of communication with Zach was perfect. The warranty process is abysmal. I submitted a warranty request on the garage door that only works some of the time and makes a horrendous noise. Visionary’s response was have you tried to fix it yourself? I have had the superintendent and the garage manufacturer out three times. Now their response is to ask a 8 month-pregnant woman to get up on a ladder and fix a garage door herself.
Stole my identity and still didn’t let me take a tour Just give us your drivers license and you can tour the model home! Nevermind you can’t tour the model home but thanks for the ID and personal info!
