It was an absolute pleasure to deal with the doctor and his lovely staff, it was nice to have a Doctor Who actually was very informative about what to expect if I have him fix my eyes and for his staff to smile and laugh joke with you when you’re filling out the forms So as far as I’m concerned, I recommending this clinic to everybody I know
I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible team at Visionary Eye Surgeons, especially Dr. Robert W.A. Machuk. From my initial consultation to my post-operative care, the entire experience was nothing short of exemplary. The staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and put me at ease every step of the way.
Appreciated communication updates and appointments were timely as advised. Happy my vision is restored.
If you are expecting kindness or understanding, dont. The eye doctor has a cold personality. Almost all staff do not emit warmth as one should when dealing with mostly elderly. I dont know how well he is with surgery but his people skill; need work. Do with this what you will. June 10th, 2025- I said what I said and stand by it. All the best as I wish you no ill will. BUT you will not talk to me like im stupid and not understanding what was said. Again, best of luck
