I didn’t like this practice and there are few reasons. 1) They tried to reschedule a few times 2) They gave me a wrong quote at first. When I showed up for my appointment they gave me another number and I had to remind them. It felt like they were giving me a favor as the doctor reminded me the inaccurate quote in the exam room . 3) The doctor did NOT use gloves or didn’t wash her hands before touching my eye. Dr Bair was so pleasant and spent a lot of time with me. She did a thorough exam and explained things very clearly. The office was very clean and the staff was so so nice.
