I have had a great experience (been going for a couple of years). I especially like that they auto-schedule your yearly appointment (send you a text message), and you can communicate via text to keep or change it.
Won't be going anymore, forced to take retinal scan I didn't want to take, I should have walked at that point to be honest. Wouldn't see my child until I paid up front because last time I called them out on randomly charging my card without contacting me at all, magically the 18 age requirement lifted when they got paid up front. We'll find someone who knows to run billing correctly and doesn't force unnecessary treatment.
Dr. Gates is incredible! My husband has “complicated eyes” with keratoconus and has struggled to find a doctor who can get a good comfortable fit for the scleral lenses he needs. Dr. Gates takes the time and care to explain everything in detail with visuals and empower him with a better understanding of his condition and the tools he has available to get the best vision possible! The other staff are helpful and professional as well.

Everyone in the office is kind and welcoming. Dr. Metzger is great…compassionate and caring and very thorough…I ordered a new pair of glasses and loved the help and suggestions in choosing the pair I finally landed on.
