I live in the middle of nowhere and thanks to Visionary I have fast, reliable internet! We never have any issues even when the weather is awful. I recommend Visionary to everyone.
Horrible. If past due will stop your services and still charge you for no internet. Be careful.
Stellar customer service! Friendly, personal staff (they don't feel highly corporate and out-of-touch)! And they don't increase their rates like Charter!
They must have discontinued customer service by phone. I called the local Sheridan office. I was on hold for 10 minutes to ask a simple question about expanding my existing service into my shop. When it was finally picked up it was obviously someone from another state such as a central office. That person "transferred" me to Sheridan where I was on hold again. I hung up. I guess I'll have to visit in person.
Brian gave clear instructions and was patient. The problem got totally resolved.
