Went to inquire about a bath product, the lady I was talking with was nice and helpful, but another sales associate chimed into our conversation and said “well, this is not the place for you then” . Wow, how rude and disrespectful…will never deal with them again nor recommend.
Purchased a KOHLER kitchen faucet has been installed less then 45 days and is leaking.Visonary we’re no help with warranty claim I had to take the faucet a pet myself and repair, would have been easier, less frustrating and cheaper to purchase form Home Depot return it and replace it with a new faucet.
