We are very satisfied with our windows and doors. The communication throughout the process was very timely and professional. They kept us informed as to the progress of our order. We just had all of the windows on the front of our house replaced by Visionaire Windows 2 days ago. The entire process from the initial consultation all the way through the installation was pleasant and professional. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and very polite. The installation crew took care of the job beautifully in one (long) day. They were meticulous in the installation and cleaned up after themselves as though they were never there. We are very pleased.
They installed my new door, sidelights and transom. The door they replaced was original when the home was built in 1993. So much of the wood was rotting to the point of water leaks. The new door is a much higher quality and the sidelights and transom are now double pane windows. From the my initial meeting with their rep Eric I felt comfortable almost knowing I was going to select them. The young man Allen who installed and his crew were great. So pleased Visionaire is coming back to bid for my siding.

UPDATED I can’t say enough good things about Visionaire Windows! A large picture window in my home was accidentally shattered by a landscaper, and I dreaded the cost and hassle of replacing it. But when I called Visionaire to order a new one, they immediately pulled up my records and reminded me that I had purchased their lifetime accidental breakage warranty.
