We had windows installed several years ago with Visionaire Windows. Recently, we identified a couple of panes that had a seal failure. Visionaire stood behind their warranty and helped us navigate the process with the manufacturer. Once the new windows were shipped here, Visionaire came out in a timely manner and got everything installed for us. They did exactly what we needed and we appreciate their willingness to honor their warranty work on a product they don’t even carry anymore. I would gladly recommend them to others.
We replaced a wooden front door with a ProVia fiberglass door and it looks amazing! We are thrilled to know we will not have to worry about rotting wood or painting/staining the door in the future!
