I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Visionaire Windows! Danial, our sales person was a pleasure to work with. He was patient with all our questions and always available and willing to help. Our installation crew lead by Tales was focused, meticulous and left the job site in perfect condition. I am ABSOLUTELY in love with my new Vinyl Windows from Visionaire Windows!!! They are so professional and did everything right. The process to getting new windows was a breeze. This is our second installation with them and I will ONLY do my future projects with Visionaire Windows. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Technician came to replace the screen on one of my sliding door screens on my balcony due to a hole in the screen from some storm damage. He arrived before the scheduled appointment time and replaced it in minimal amount of time. It wasn't quite right after he left so I called Visionaire Windows and they sent him back out the following week to correct the problem. He came back well before the scheduled time and promptly made the repair. All done under warranty. Great company with outstanding customer support.
