Similar to one of the other reviews on here, i purchased over 250k in lights from Visionaire and they've been total garbage. We've had to warranty close to 90% of our lights for being defective. Worse off, we've been trying to warranty our defective fixtures for the past 4 months and Visionaire has not done anything to resolve the issue. I currently have almost 100 defective lights in my storage still under warranty that Visionaire wont fix. I've emailed the CEO, and gotten nowhere. I called them 3 different times and each time left a voice message and they never picked up the phone or called me back. Not sure if they are still in business.

With over 25 years in the electrical trade, I can say that the Visionaire pole lights that were installed on the Navy base where I work are the worst light fixtures I've ever encountered. From the decision to attach the LED drivers and surge arrestors with weird, tiny little rail mounts that are nearly impossible to reinstall (upside down 60 feet in the air), to all of the hardware that corrodes and seizes up within months of installation, so when you return to make the numerous repairs you'll need to make, you end up having... read more

Bought over a $250,000 in lights from this company. This lights have been junk. Believe it or not, water and electricity don't go together very well. The lights are blowing LED strips constantly. They also flicker constantly. Visonaire told us to drill holes into the lights they designed. Yes, drill holes into lights so they can drain the water out of them. We have had zero warranty support from them and drilling holes in them will cause more moisture to get into the lights. We chose these lights because of the recommendatio... read more
