I'm not sure what has happened but the customer service quality has really gone down hill with this company. I have used them in the past twice and both times they were fast, fair and prompt with great communication. but this last time I used them, which was just recently, its been very hard to get someone on the phone and when I leave messages, I don't get a call back. This company is by far the best company we have ever dealt with. Their work is always profession and they are always able to diagnose the problem and they find a solution and fix whatever needs to be fixed in a timely manner We highly recommend them!

VisionAir Heating and Cooling is an outstanding company! They installed a new Air Conditioner, circuit board and blower and the results were immediate. Their team was prompt, courteous and very efficient. After the work was completed they made sure to clean up the area around where the job was done. Before the job began, they explained their prices for everything which were very reasonable and cost efficient. This company puts the customer and their needs first and I highly recommend them.
