I had a set of head lights from Vision X on a Wrangler. The lens clouded with failure of the outer surface. I called and spoke with Stuart Walker, he and I where we came to an agreement on the warranty. The only delay was me getting to the Jeep so I could get the number on the back of the bulbs I had. The jeep was in Colorado and I was in Austin at the time. Stuart agree to allow me to get to the Jeep for the info. The 3.7 lights worked great for 6 years, or so. They finally burned out. I looked on the website for replacement bulbs. There are no replacements. I noticed it had a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately after 6-7 years, I somehow misplaced my receipt. It is against their policy to warranty any of their products, without a receipt. I hope other American companies don't get wind of this!!! In my eyes a product is a product. If you built it, you should warranty it,or don't sell it under the falsehood of a lifetime warranty.
