The ONLY person worth talking to is Sterling. Everyone else is a tool! Horrible customer service unless it’s in Sterling’s control. He’s the only one with a sense of customer service and the only one that listened to the customer. When asked for a partial refund I was offered swag and bs. WHY would I want to advertise for a company that provides horrible customer service. Started out the conversation with another guy about a partial refund and the tool tried selling me more over priced lights. Buyer BEWARE!!! Shop eBay!
Purchased 2 pod lightbar systems from Vision X and they both failed. Both were professionally installed and both failed. The warranty process for this company is pretty janky. They make you buy a replacement then return the defective item ( $1000.00 for the light bar) then they credit you back after they receive the defective item. I took the vision X lights out and Threw them in the trash and replaced with Rigid lighting and no problems after that. Poor customer warranty procedures and policies.

I had a set of head lights from Vision X on a Wrangler. The lens clouded with failure of the outer surface. I called and spoke with Stuart Walker, he and I where we came to an agreement on the warranty. The only delay was me getting to the Jeep so I could get the number on the back of the bulbs I had. The jeep was in Colorado and I was in Austin at the time. Stuart agree to allow me to get to the Jeep for the info.
