Racist and ignorant staff!! I had a deeply disappointing experience at this facility and its not the first time either, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior I encountered at the front desk. The staff member, the old white lady, demonstrated clear bias based on my appearance and name, which I found both concerning and unacceptable. I’ve been going here for years everyone is so nice and friendly! Jeff is the best and he’s always willing to help or crack a joke! Tatiana (I hope I spelled her name right) is a professional at picking out glasses. They have so many different types and after not changing my glasses for 5 years she helped me find a frame style I liked. Everything she suggests is spot on, she’s so good at reading people and their sense of style. Love this place so much they are the only people I trust to give me an accurate eye exam!
Every time I went there for my exams they'd get me in and out with no hassle at all. Great place and great service for sure.
