I’ve known Jeff since I was a child…I’m 45 now and he’s always done right by me and my family.
I’m gonna be honest I’ve seen a couple negative comments on here about how the staff is racist That is absolutely not true. This entire staff is absolutely adorable. They’re kind they’re friendly especially Jeff. I am Latina and Jewish and I’ve never encountered any racism , I always felt like they went above and beyond to get you your glasses on time and to treat you like a human being.
My daughters and I have been going to Vision World for over 15 years. Jeff is one of the kindest most honest people you could work with.

Racist and ignorant staff!! I had a deeply disappointing experience at this facility and its not the first time either, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior I encountered at the front desk. The staff member, the old white lady, demonstrated clear bias based on my appearance and name, which I found both concerning and unacceptable.
