I haven't been to an optometrist in years. John and the team were wonderful. The thoroughness of the examination was really top rate. Every test was explained to me in a manner that was very easy to comprehend. I was actually blown away with the care and helpful advice and explanations. What was even better is that at I don't need glasses at this stage of my late 50's. It was refreshing that I wasn't treated like a number in order to sell expensive frames to. The optometrist and staff were lovely, however we had the unfortunate experience of meeting the owner. This guy is so rude and disrespectful to children. If you would like your children to be treated kindly and respectfully, find another place to take them for their eye tests! I had told all my friends with kids how great this place was, but will now be telling them all to go elsewhere. My 5 year old has better manners than the owner.
Was slightly late from traffic. Receptionist was friendly about it. Stephanie was an incredible Optometrist. And the gent that helped me look at glasses frames was incredibly patient. Amazing service all round!
Highly recommend John and the whole team at VisionWest. We always feel cared for and they all know how to work with kids (and their fidgety ways!) I have since recommended friends to visit them after them saying other optometrists didn’t seem thorough and they too have been blown away by the service. Great space, great staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Best optometrist ever!!!! John and his team really do go above and beyond in every way. Their level of service and care is outstanding.
