I have been going to them for about 30 years but after last visit I will never go back. I had a eye test but as I now live in the southwest I only wanted the script to be sent to me so I can fill the script locally for convenience as it takes time to get to Perth and I don't want to travel 8 hours to just get a new set of contacts "fitted". They refused unless I go back to them to fill the script. I haven't been to an optometrist in years. John and the team were wonderful. The thoroughness of the examination was really top rate. Every test was explained to me in a manner that was very easy to comprehend. I was actually blown away with the care and helpful advice and explanations. What was even better is that at I don't need glasses at this stage of my late 50's. It was refreshing that I wasn't treated like a number in order to sell expensive frames to. The optometrist and staff were lovely, however we had the unfortunate experience of meeting the owner. This guy is so rude and disrespectful to children. If you would like your children to be treated kindly and respectfully, find another place to take them for their eye tests! I had told all my friends with kids how great this place was, but will now be telling them all to go elsewhere. My 5 year old has better manners than the owner.
