Rosalia is amazing! I had a delay in scheduling a referral to a specialist and needed a refill on a prescription that would run out. Rosalia took the initiative to handle this for me. She kept in contact with me for over a week to make sure my pharmacy received the order. There are so many businesses and managers who only do the bare minimum when it comes to helping customers. I received a text message letting me know the glasses were ready for pickup. When I went to the office—surprise!—they had been sent to another location. I was told to come back on Friday, the next day. Another surprise—they were closed. Customer service? Forget it. It seems they have a call center that never provides the answers you're looking for.
