Extremely Disappointing Service Once the installation was complete, communication completely stopped. I've tried calling and texting multiple times with no response. Even my financing company has been unable to reach them — which should speak volumes. If I could give negative stars, I would.
At first the yard looked amazing. Until it rained. Major drainage issues. Back yard turf has settled and looks horrible. Bad drain placement throughout our yard with major puddling whenever it rains. Don’t let them fool you. We had major dirt loss on our side yard and the owners team tore out the concrete to see what was going on with the loss of dirt and rock they left everything exposed and us with cut rebar and a hole on the ground about 4 ft wide and 8.5 ft long. This team was very great to work with during the selling and building process but when the concrete dried, it was clear that the work was not great. For my project the team built a beautiful wall but really screwed up 2 of the 3 concrete pads we requested. Additionally they never came back to finish off two caps on the end of the wall. I asked for all the pads to be level as we planned to use them for an outdoor kitchen and as sitting areas. Had about 37k's worth of work done and initially everything looked great. It took about 3 months before things started to fall apart. After the project was done, it was impossible to get any help. Turf against the patio was installed to high so water doesn't run off (just sits on the patio), the retaining wall wasn't installed correctly so bricks are falling off the top row.
