I came to the Altamonte Springs location at 6:30pm on 6/4/26, for 4 new tires, the Michelin Defenders were on sale. The first sales person didn't seem to get all the facts right - he charged me but after looking at my tires he realized the size he charged me for was wrong, but was having trouble correcting it. An employee named Jeremy came to the rescue, took over, got the order corrected, found the correct tires, and offered to get them on my car right then and there! Costco Tire Service Center provides very good service, and the staff handled everything professionally. The process felt organized, and overall I had a positive experience with the work. My only downside was the price, which felt a bit high. Still, the service quality was strong, and that is the main reason I would still rate it well.
Phenomenal customer service skills. It was my first experience purchasing tires at Costco, and this will be my default place to go from now on.
