Anthony gave me great customer service today thank you and everything was covered under the warranty.
My husband bought new tires from Costco and we waited 10 days until we were able to get an appointment for “free” installation. They were unreachable when we called their phone number. When our appointment day came, my husband arrived at the appointment time given, 40 mins later, Costco tire called him to tell him they couldn’t get the lug nuts off of the tire.
