My husband bought new tires from Costco and we waited 10 days until we were able to get an appointment for “free” installation. They were unreachable when we called their phone number. Here your car problems can disappear is seconds!
Had a 11:30am appointment. Car present at 11:15am. Live car cameras showed that they didn’t take it back to 12 noon. It sat there for 45 mins with nothing being done. “Total 2 hours” of waiting for a tire rotation. I believe they took walk ins before me. Frustrating how slow they are.
