The pick up and drop off they offer for work is so helpful! I work in downtown Lansing, they make life a lot easier with this!
The team at Vision have worked on a number of my cars, and each time, without fail, they have been awesome. The team is honest, trustworthy, and always doing their best to make sure my car is safe. They do not ever upcharge, make me feel like I have to do all the recommended items, but they do make sure that my car is safe to drive. Always. I highly recommend this team to you. I gladly drive from more than an hour away to have Vision work on my car as it is the only shop I trust 100%. Always.
Incredible customer service. I had to replace my tires and booked online (not on the phone) - which meant they didn't have stock in at that moment. What could have been a really frustrating experience (it's hard to find time to bring a car in for repairs!) turned out to be no hassle at all. They have a driver service so if you don't want to stay with your car but can't find a ride, you still can make it in. Thanks to Mike and the whole team! And, I'm very happy with my new tires.
