I wish I could give negative stars. I called this Douglasdale Office 2 months earlier to inquire about vision therapy, or sports vision therapy. I was told that I would need to go into the Panatella Blvd NW office for the testing but we could have the treatment done at the Douglasdale office. I made an appointment for the testing with that understanding. A few days before my testing appointment, I called the office at Panatella Blvd to confirm this was the case (Tuesday, September 12th).
