Hello, I looked at some of these reviews and they seem to not be all truth or even actual reviews. Three HUGE and widely known builders and agents recommended them for our new home. The shop is managed and kept immaculately. The staff are sugary sweet and that does not match what the autobot reviews. They gave us top dollar treatment and I will recommend them to all. So glad we did our homework and did not rely on fictitious bad reviews, to only hurt the company. That’s really low of someone- karma will search them out on it... read more
Kelly is very rude. Attempted to refer this company business for a developer client of mind and I was told “we don’t do business through you” while she preceded to abruptly hang up. Wouldn’t recommend that type of service to anyone.

Had stairs put in Spring of 2022. Shortly after install we had some shoe pieces (if that's the proper term) come loose. I reached out to Wendy who said they would take care of it but didn't come out. Then more came loose, I reached out again, and Wendy said they would take care of it but did not. Then a few of our spindles began rattling.
