Very, very, very long wait times and rude staff - not all staff, but enough that I needed to comment on it. It shouldn't take 2 hours for a basic eye appointment. I've been a patient for 2 years and this is the norm - unfortunately.
This place was AMAZING! I was vacationing in the area, and I had an issue with finding my contact in my eye. They were able to work me in same day, the staff was incredibly kind and supportive, and the eye doctor herself was very helpful. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone in the area or visiting. I had a better experience here than I have at my normal eye care office.
From beginning to end the service was great. Very thorough exam, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
The VA sent my husband here he loved them
Closing from 1-2p for lunch when some working people can only come during lunch hour is not a good idea. Will have to come back another day. Poor Service
