Quite annoyed that when the doctor was speaking over me with a concern for my son they considered me a threat. When I speak up my voice is deep, and the disrespect to act like I’m a threat is rediculous. The only reason I had to speak louder was because the concerns my wife and I have for our son’s vision are real. Horrible customer service to discriminate based on gender like that. If they don’t want people to speak louder then down the music and stop speaking over customers.
Dr Keefer is amazing! Everyone who works here knows how to treat patients.
In nearly four years I have had at least a half dozen eye exams, trying to find the right prescription. Dr. Keefer is so good, when I called to say I was struggling with my new glasses she brought me back in, re-did my exam, and I ended up with the best glasses I have had in the 25 years I have been wearing glasses! She is great and the staff member who helped me find the right frames and get them to fit properly is great as well! Thank you so much!
Really loved this practice prior to the change in ownership. In December, an online appointment that was confirmed via email and text (with proof) was not upheld by the practice and rescheduled. At the time they told me it was a system error with online scheduling. I decided to give the office another opportunity and called to schedule my exam. Office tries to push additional services, not covered by insurance, at an additional cost to the patient. They refuse to give my daughter her contacts without their $150 "inservice", on top of a contact lens fitting with a $55 copay. Every time we had an appointment, it was a different doctor. No consistency, lots of corporate rules and procedures pushed on the patient.
