Great Doctor and super friendly staff!
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the service that Dr. Ngyen gives when you're in her office. I walked in for my appointment and immediately was taken back to start testing; I did not even seat down! And always the Doctor comes in and her soft-spoken pleasant voice just calms you down if you have any anxiety as I do when I'm about to get my eyes dilated (hate it). I have worked in customer service for over 30 yrs and I know good service. Keep up the good work and don't change a thing.
First time visiting and it was fine. Just came in for a pair of new glasses. Everyone was friendly enough and helpful, except the girl at the front desk in the middle(Mel?) She was too busy being on her phone the both visits I made. I asked for help and she was visibly annoyed and not engaging at all and went back to her phone.When i came in to pick up my glasses, one of her co-workers had to call her name to get off the phone and look up to help a customer who was waiting for help. Me and my family have being coming to this location for 18 years. Dr. Kay Nguyen and her wonderful staff is absolutely amazing, helpful, kind, and honest. This is why we come here and will continue to come for all our eye care.
