Went in for my eye exam after not having one since 2019. Upon arrival, the front desk woman gave me documents to fill out, and asked basic medical questions. While I waited for my eye exam, which only took maybe 10 minutes or less to wait for, another woman assisted me finding the perfect pair of glasses within my budget, and that would look good on my face! I’ve been seeing Dr. Pape since she worked with Dr. Ragan and Dr. Thacker in Bidwell. She’s fantastic and knows her stuff! I was born with my “ birthmark” on my retina. It’s very important that I get annual checkups to make sure there is no change in it. Besides the Dr. that found it, Dr. Pape is the only other Optometrist I feel 100% comfortable with checking it and knowing everything about it! The staff is great and everyone is very friendly. A great place to get established with for sure!
