Everybody was awesome and the lady doctor who checked my eyes picked out the perfect frames for me on the first try It was amazing thank you so much
IF this office calls my phone 1 more time , I will be Reporting You to BBB, FTC , FCC , OIG, & CFPB. IT IS Harassment ATP. You all RUSHED through my daughter's & my eye exam. My husband had to take my daughter somewhere else to get glasses since $250 for contacts + a "mandatory" $50 "class" for contact use. Then we finally get a call to PICK UP & Its for 14 days only. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Aliya and Maddie! Their customer service was truly exceptional — both were kind, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s not every day you come across such genuinely helpful and friendly people. They made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Aliya and Maddie are a great example of what excellent customer service should look like
