I actually ended up cancelling my appointment because when I called to get some information the woman answered the phone was extremely rude and honestly didn’t even answer my question at all. She just repeated that they were in network which wasn’t what I was asking. For a new client being treated with care and kindness actually goes quite a long way.
Maddie provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable. She made picking out frames easy and provided great feedback when I was stuck between three options.
Maddie and Aliya are amazing ! They are so welcoming and the hospitality , outstanding . They know how to make everything easier . Doctors are amazing and will permanently make this location my forever for my eyes !
