History Established in 1920. Vision Source Hamilton is the oldest eyecare practice in Hamilton. The practice was founded in 1920 by Dr. Hugh Baker, who specialized in "eye-ear-nose-and-throat". I've been using Vision Source for the last 4 years. I have had no issues, very friendly staff. I'm always pleased with the end results!
Me my mom, my sister, and my grandma have been coming here for years. Dr. Nye is such an awesome Doctor, and he will make sure you get the most out of your visit, and the staff is really nice as well
We have been going there for years. Dr Nye has always been great to me and my kids. He always explains everything to us and is very compassionate. The staff goes above and beyond, always so nice. I've called up there many times and gotten copies of our prescriptions for our glasses no problem. We continue to go there because it's hard to get good customer service anywhere and we've always been treated wonderfully at that office.
They eye exam was fine - but buyer beware!!! They will charge you extra fees for testing that they do (and don't ask you about). They will also not release YOUR OWN prescription (they give you the basic prescription but not all of the needed info that you need to purchase glasses elsewhere)...they want to charge you an additional $25 for this info - which mind you is part of your own medical record! VERY UNETHICAL!! We will NOT be going back here again.
