Horrible customer service. It's been a month since the appointment and they never let us know about the contacts coming in. They never answer the phone or return calls. I've called multiple times with no response. Now I finally get answer that they have had them and didn't let us know. And now want to schedule a week out. It's all been paid for now they don't care about the customer. I will never use a place that cares so little about their patients. I recommend staying away form this business.

It has been over TWO WEEKS that I have waited for my sample packs of contacts to arrive. I’ve called multiple times to check on their status. Today I was given a “we’re sorry, ordering them slipped through the cracks” excuse. I’m a high myopia patient. I can not see to drive without contacts of which I ran out of last week and have been wearing the same daily pair for a week now. Dr.Nye is amazing. His staff played a big part of the wonderful experience. They treated my 5yr old daughter with so much respect and made it a fun experience for her.
Will never go back. Was happy with Nye but his staff that works with the frames sucks. Edwin Jones Picked out a frame and paid for them when I picked them up was not the frame I picked out. They were on sale last pair. So now I am stuck with frames I would not have give 10 dollars for them. Said they would credit me the money back on another pair and of coarse not on sale.
