Everyone here is so kind and welcoming! The team knows what they’re doing, and Dr. Nguyen did a great job with my contacts prescription and any other issue I had. So glad I don’t have to find another eye doctor anytime soon!
I was really happy the first time I had service at this location! Unfortunately, they changed staff and the new person wasn’t really friendly or helpful. I drove a long distance to go back there because of the great customer service, only to be disappointed by the new person. She told me different things about the price and my insurance. I was wiling to o pay out of pocket if her customer service was excellent, but I just left really disappointed. The Doctor, Dr. Nguyen, is wonderful. She is very thorough & explanatory, very warm & friendly. She makes sure you understand everything & retests things if there are any doubts. My husband was very pleased as well. The staff is excellent, they try to help you with choosing a comfortable and an attractive frame that is also a good fit. They are very friendly as well.
Dr. Nguyen and Diane are the sweetest! Love my new frames.
