Everyone is always nice. They answer any questions you have. My children love when it's time to see the eye doctor. Great place all around.
First exam and glasses fine 4 years later worst experience in all my 50 years of wearing glasses they tried tor Triick me with up charges even after I made sure they knew I'm 100% poverty level plus I had to go back for adjustments 4 times each time with a raw ear. And then they actually broke while wearing them! Oh BTW I didn't get the bifocals I wanted because I freaked out and cancelled the extras and I guess they don't sell bifocals without buying expensive scratch resistant coatings. 2nd visit to this business, the first time was exceptional! The staff were very courteous and professional. The attention to my needs was certainly their main priority. The finished product was beyond my expectations with a price that was very within my budget. Now due to my own clumsiness I'm in need of a replacement pair and am getting the same excellent service. I would whole heartedly recommend these folks for any and all your eye care needs. 100% satisfied!
