I want to like this place, but the two times I’ve been, I just feel like I’m being herded through the exams like cattle and I’m treated like a profit point not a patient. I’m reflecting on my last visit, and it just solidifies that feeling. When I went, they had me stick my finger in a sensor for “a paid vitamin study” and it made no sense to me why an optometrist’s office would need that, nor did I consent to doing it before my data was taken.
