These people will tell you after you make your appointment (VA made the appointment and covering it) and making you sit in your hot car for 22 minutes after you arrive that they have a $49 wellness charge that I have to pay before being seen. They could have told me when I made the appointment and I wouldn't have wasted time with them to begin with. That isn't how the VA works. This place is a joke. I wouldn't let them check my dogs vision.
RecommendedI actually went to the Oak Ridge office. There isn’t enough good I can say about them. No wait. Got me in quickly knowing I had an issue with my glasses. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The ophthalmologist went above and beyond during my eye exam. I recommend this place to anyone. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. All the way
I had a great experience with Vision Source Eye Center in Oak Ridge, NC. I have never had such a thorough exam in all the years I have been seeing an optometrist. I highly recommend The Vision Source Eye Center.
Dr’s Martinek and Koop are very nice, patient and caring and are very good at explaining everything to you. Wait times are never very long.
