They don’t answer their phone. Leave a message and they don’t call back. Takes months to get an appointment. An eye drop prescription was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy; it never happened. Called to follow up and had to leave a message.
Made an appt because Humana gave this location a preferred location with an additional $50 off lens vs other providers. Ok, this location wanted to charge me a “wellness checkup” for $50. So who’s getting the extra benefit here?
Totally great experience- customer service is excellent- the staff are all very helpful, friendly, and professional
