Everyone at the Oak Ridge location put the customer first! They are a pleasure!!
The staff explained things very thoroughly to me and seemed to have my best interest at heart. This was the best and most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Martinek and her staff are terrific! My vision problems were explained In detail so that I could understand. I'm so glad I went to see them.
They don’t answer their phone. Leave a message and they don’t call back. Takes months to get an appointment. An eye drop prescription was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy; it never happened. Called to follow up and had to leave a message.
