Made an appt because Humana gave this location a preferred location with an additional $50 off lens vs other providers. Ok, this location wanted to charge me a “wellness checkup” for $50. So who’s getting the extra benefit here?

Don't know what's going on in this office but I rescheduled an appointment. I called today to confirm for tomorrow and they had NOTHING DOWN. THEY HAD ME AS A NO SHIOW. NOW THEY SAY ITS GOING TO BE ANOTHER MONTH IT IS UNCALLED FOR. i really like the doctors there but it took me three months to get the first appointment so this now means five months total just for an eye exam. I was not offered to be put on a waiting list. I guess I need to find someone that cares
This location has the absolute worse customer service I've ever seen. The front desk girls is rude and unfriendly. She can barely get her face out of the computer to even speak and when does open her mouth it's only to tell you that she can't help you and some else will have to. The main office in Greensboro says they don;t fully staff that location becuae there aren;t enough patients- with help like they currently have there will never be more patients and you've just lost one more.
