Broke my glasses when taking them in for adjustment. Didn’t get any compensation or any credit for the technician breaking the frame.
Contacted them 4 different times with a promise of a call back. I got nothing? Tried calling today during operating hours with no answers.
Charged me 1000 bucks for one pair of glasses. Manipulated me into buying "Eyezen" lenses instead of single vision lenses, snuck in a bunch of hidden charges, wouldnt take my federal emplyee vision coverage. Doctor rushed through visit. Not going back. UPDATE: I had them exchange my lenses out of the frame for single vision lenses. They refused to give me any money back for the much cheaper lenses I was requesting.
