We have been coming here for at least Fifteen years. We are treated great every time!
To keep it short and sweet....I like Dr. Chang however, Vision Source tried to screw me over on some frames. I was quoted a price of $569 on frames (ONLY) that are $379 EVERYWHERE ELSE. To make it look like they weren't upcharging and adding a discount, they included my insurance allowance to bring the price down to $309 OUT OF POCKET.
