I really wanted to give this office five stars, and the doctor and every other staff member I interacted with genuinely earned that. It's why I will not rate this review 1 star. This was my first visit, and the exam itself was a great experience from start to finish. The one issue was with the receptionist, both at check-in and checkout. Very prompt in making their appointments. No waiting. Dr assistant very sweet and kind! Optometrist, Cameron Byergo was very thorough and answered all my questions. When picking out new glasses she was very helpful and patient. Receptionist was efficient and friendly. Overall great experience!
