I got my eye exam here when traveling through Bend so that I could order glasses and contacts. However the prescription is wrong, and actually makes me nauseous when wearing the glasses. I couldn’t back to this Costco because it’s three hours away, so I had it re-Checked with a local optometrist. Vision solutions refuses to refund the eye exam amount even though they got it wrong and I had to repay a different eye doctor. Super disappointing, and very frustrating.
I have always had pleasant and helpful interactions with Vision Solutions. They have been able to squeeze me in for an exam appointment last minute twice. However, my Rx was off the first time and I had to return for a re-check as the Rx was too strong. They are reasonably priced but very busy!
They were supposed to call me back to set up an appointment, they never returned my call. They said they were too busy with patients to make an appointment at the time I called and they would get back to me when they had a moment... well, I've been waiting 2 weeks. I guess they are too busy. I'm going elsewhere.
Been wearing glasses and contacts for many years. Gone to many optometrists over the years. This place is as good as any. Great prices
The exam price is cheap but you get what you pay for. I went to another Optometrist as I still couldn't see. The second opinion verified exactly what I knew. My prescription was off which has caused me to have to buy additional lenses so I can see. Please be aware
