Facility is clean and staff was friendly but no transparency. We are extremely dissatisfied with the added fees after exam was complete. Scheduled for contact consultation and they initially offered $30 out of pocket fee for a picture of the back of the eyes "in case something is wrong". After consultation, we were informed of $60 fitting fee and another $60 contact training fee or doctor refuses to release order for contact purchase.
