The previous owner of our home had this company install our alarm system. Today the system malfunctioned and despite troubleshooting the alarm would not go off. We called the company for help and was directed to an “emergency technician” who took 30 minutes to call back and was extremely rude and unhelpful. Completely missed out on a new customer.

How can I start, oh yeah the owner is the most ungrateful person I’ve ever dealt with. Talks to his employees like there dogs with no respect, the company have no understanding on communication. I feel bad for who ever deals with this company the employees deserve way better.
