I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. I’ve been trying to schedule an eye exam for my child since Monday, and as of today (Thursday), I’ve called a total of nine times. Not once has anyone answered the phone, and there wasn’t even an option to leave a voicemail. I understand that offices can get busy, but not being able to reach anyone after nine phone calls over four days is very frustrating and unprofessional. Had a great experience with the doctor and staff. Only thing I didn't like. Was the person answering the phone making appointments. Asking me for my social security number. Not very professional at all. I told her I'm not in the habit of giving out my personal information over the phone. She said she would see it when she pulled up my insurance. Not cool if that is true.
